ニュージャージー州出身のレネー・アステリア（別名、エージェント・ダブル・Ｅ）は芸術的な両親の支援で、５歳より１４歳くらいまで、音楽の才能を発揮した（ピアノ・歌声・ベース）。大学に卒業後、しばらくフランスに居住、サンフランシスコ市へ引っ越、ついに地域の音楽の現場に進んだ。そこでスタジオ・ミュージシャンと協力、デビューアルバムを録音、リリースした。（タイトルは自分の名前）スタイルはシンプルで、魅惑的な歌詞とアメリカ大陸の文化・自然・愛・社会事業に関する話題のコンビネーションです。声は、聞き手に感動させる立ち上がって踊りたい歌声です。
１年間の社会事業活動（中南米）後、英語とスペイン語の歌詞とユーニックなメロディーがあるＣＤ(Faces of Agente Doble E)をリリースし、いろんなミュージシャンと協力した。

Renee Asteria (Agent Double E) was born in NJ, USA (March 20,1982) Both parents being artists themselves, were supportive of Renee's artistic tendency and she started playing piano at the age of 5. From 9 till 11 years of age, she took singing lessons and started playing bass.(11 to 14 years old)
After graduating from college and moving to France for a short while, Renee moved to San Francisco (age 21-22) where she quickly got involved in the underground music scene and found funding to produce her first album, with studio musicians. Her music, a rare combination of cultures and environments, fuses her passions: simple lyrics and enticing music, South and North American cultures, social work and music, love and nature. Her incomparable vocals will make you dance and dream.
After one year of social work in Latin America, Renee returns with a second full length new release "Faces of Agente Doble E" which she produced with Argentine producer Matias Martyn and local musicians from TIBETAN MONKEY.
